Yoga became part of my existence in 1987 when life brought me to my knees. It was not until I walked into a Yoga Nidra class where I discovered the meaningful path I was about to embark on. My teacher walked over to my mat and gently rested a rose quartz on my heart center. Today, I incorporate Yoga Nidra in every class and weave in either crystals, reiki, chakra awareness, and Ayurverdic marma points. 

I am an Experienced Registered 500-Hour Yoga Teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance. My roots are in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I teach proper postures to ensure maximum benefit and safety, instructing with props and modifications when needed as well as playing the edge of your mat to maximize your practice. Hands on alignments, adjustments, and a thorough knowledge of anatomy are always primary for me.

I invite you to achieve your goals by allowing me to inspire you to improve wellness by combining body and mind. I am energetic, adaptable and encouraging. Classes available in the comfort of your home, work space, venues or my hOMe studio/Shala in River Edge. Ask me about outdoor, private and group practices.

I love sharing the "Art of Science" of Yoga with every "body", especially those that think they are not young enough, flexible enough or calm enough.

I absolutely enjoy teaching my students to find stillness, to pause, to listen to their bodies from the inside out.  Inviting them to inquire within , feeling their sensations and quality of their breath.  

Yoga found me at the most vulnerable time of my life, I was faced with a family tragedy that tested my resilience and faith. 

I am a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula. 

I am a mother, grandmother, my joy and passion is mothering mothers. It is for this reason that I focus on teaching Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. 

My goal is to reach and touch the hearts and lives of women everywhere.

 The search for inner peace began for me in 2002 when enrolled in the Sivananda Yoga Ashram Yoga Teacher Training. Then in 2004 took part in Ayurveda Yoga Teacher Training at the Ayurveda Institute. Since then have been living a yogic plant based lifestyle daily as a way to survive and combat modern pressures. Relaxation is vital to releasing stress from the mind and body to reach a state of overall well-being.  My goal is to help you reach the point of radiant health and peaceful mind via the path of Hatha Yoga. Let's work on making smoother vinyasa transitions, adding variations to poses, strengthening balancing skills and yes, getting more flexible by stretching all the body parts, joints, and muscles. It is time to release your stress and tension. Yoga helps you to gain a feeling of deep relaxation as well as provide a healing and meditative experience. Namaste & Om.

Kirsten Sharo, of Diceys Healing LLC, concentrates on helping a person heal from the inside out through many forms of meditation by offering private coaching sessions and regular classes. Kirsten is a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Childrens’ Relaxation Teacher, Intuitive Medium, and, Animal Communicator.
