Who We Are

A small, inclusive business in River Edge, NJ, founded and run by women of color. We believe that yoga is for everybody and every body. If you've ever felt outcasted in Yoga, we invite you to pull up your Mat to our Circle. We encourage all people to participate in the practice of yoga and can provide financial aid.

Why Soul Practice Yoga?

We are a Registered Yoga Teacher Training - RYS 200 School with the Yoga Alliance that teaches Hatha Yoga (and additional styles), Meditation, and Pranayama (Breathing Techniques). We honor the roots of Yoga as well as its evolution.
